New Garage in Piedmont

Professional Electric completed the electrical installation for this new 24' × 45' aluminum metal garage with a 12' × 10' rear lean-to in Piedmont, SC.

The building features two overhead garage doors on the front and a roll-up door in the rear lean-to, creating a versatile space for vehicle storage and workshop use. We installed a 100-amp subpanel, fed from the home's main electrical service, to provide plenty of capacity for both current and future electrical needs.

Our scope included eight 4-foot LED strip lights to provide bright, even illumination throughout the garage, along with multiple receptacle circuits, a dedicated RV receptacle, and a welder receptacle. All of the electrical installation was completed using EMT conduit, providing a clean, durable, and professional finish that complements the exposed interior of the metal building.

The result is a well-equipped garage designed for everything from vehicle maintenance and welding to RV storage and general workshop activities. Professional Electric was proud to help bring this project to life.
