The project included a new building addition and the complete renovation of the lobby, offices, waiting area, market, kitchen, dining room, and fitness center. The existing spaces were gutted to the studs before being rebuilt to reflect the hotel's new brand and updated guest experience.

Our scope included installing a new electrical panel, new branch circuits, and complete lighting throughout the renovated areas. The lighting package featured recessed can lights, wall sconces, pendant fixtures, and track lighting to create a modern, welcoming atmosphere.

We also installed power for the building's new mechanical systems, including a rooftop HVAC unit, five mini-split systems, and a heat pump with a condensing unit.
