Clubhouse in Woodruff

Professional Electric provided the complete electrical installation for this new community amenity building in Woodruff, SC. Serving a neighborhood of approximately 157 homes, this facility features a resort-style swimming pool, an open-air pavilion with a fireplace, and support spaces for residents to enjoy throughout the year.

The project included a 200-amp electrical service, complete lighting and power systems, wiring for two pool pumps, electrical for the pool equipment room, and branch circuit wiring throughout the facility. We also wired two PTAC heating and cooling units serving the restroom areas, along with the electrical systems for two public restrooms and the covered pavilion.



From the electrical service to the final trim-out, Professional Electric completed every phase of the electrical installation, delivering an amenity space designed to provide residents with a comfortable and inviting place to gather. This project is another example of Professional Electric's experience providing complete electrical systems for community clubhouses, amenity centers, and recreational facilities throughout Upstate South Carolina.
