Clubhouse in Fountain Inn

Professional Electric provided the complete electrical installation for this new community clubhouse and amenity center in Fountain Inn, SC. Serving a neighborhood of approximately 400 homes, this 2,517-square-foot facility provides residents with a central gathering space alongside a Junior Olympic-size swimming pool.



The project included a 400-amp electrical service, two electrical panels, complete lighting and power systems, wiring for four pool pumps, seven exhaust fans—including two serving the pool equipment room—and wiring for two 4-ton heat pump HVAC systems. We also installed the electrical systems for the large gathering room, warming kitchen, four restrooms with electric hand dryers, and all supporting spaces throughout the building.

From the electrical service to the final trim-out, Professional Electric completed every phase of the electrical installation, delivering an amenity center designed to serve hundreds of families for years to come.
